Dr. Andrew Turner
BVSc (Hons), MACVSc (Equine Surgery),
FACVSc (Veterinary Ophthalmology).

Dr Andrew Turner graduated with honours from the University of Melbourne in 1973. In 1988, after working in mixed and equine practice for 20 years, Andrew became a member of the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists by examination in Equine Surgery.

In 1994 Andrew commenced a residency program in Veterinary Ophthalmology with Dr Rowan Blogg, the founder of Veterinary Ophthalmology in Australia. In 1997, Andrew became a Fellow of the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists by examination in Veterinary Ophthalmology.

Andrew is a partner in All Animal Eye Services - a clinic dedicated solely to Veterinary Ophthalmology. In addition, Andrew is a registered Veterinary specialist in the discipline of Ophthalmology, has presented scientific papers overseas and published peer reviewed scientific papers in Australian and international Veterinary journals.

Dr. Simon Hurn
BVSc (Hons), MVS, MACVSc (Small Animal Surgery),
FACVSc (Veterinary Ophthalmology).

Dr Simon Hurn graduated with honours from the University of Queensland in 1998. Shortly after graduation, Simon undertook internships in Veterinary Anaesthesia as well as Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at the University of Melbourne Veterinary Clinic and Hospital. In 2002, Simon became a member of the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists by examination in Small Animal Surgery.

In 2003, Simon graduated with a Masters of Veterinary Studies from the University of Melbourne and in 2002 commenced a residency program in Veterinary Ophthalmology with Dr Andrew Turner. In 2006 Simon became a fellow of the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists by examination in Veterinary Ophthalmology.

Simon is a partner in All Animal Eye Services - a clinic dedicated solely to Veterinary Ophthalmology. In addition, Simon is a Registered Veterinary Specialist in the discipline of Ophthalmology, has presented scientific papers overseas and published peer reviewed scientific papers in Australian and international veterinary journals. Simon is the current President of the Ophthalmology Chapter of the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists.

Jill Formosa Dr Jillian Formosa
BVSc (Hons)

Jill graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Queensland in 2006. Since graduating, Jill has worked in both mixed practice in NSW and small animal practice in Brisbane, QLD.

She has a keen interest in Veterinary Ophthalmology and commenced an Ophthalmology Internship at All Animal Eye Services in October 2010.
