Consultations at All Animal Eye Services are by appointment only. Routine consultations are from Monday to Friday. In addition, All Animal Eye Services consult in Kensington on Monday afternoons. Emergency consultations can be seen as a priority at short notice. Both elective and emergency surgical procedures are performed daily. Surgery can only be scheduled after a consultation with one of the veterinary ophthalmologists. In many instances, if surgery is anticipated, a consultation and surgery can be performed on the same day.
All Animal Eye Services also consults at major regional centres within Victoria, Tasmania and NSW. These include Cranbourne, Geelong, Frankston, Ballarat, Bendigo, Broadford, Seymour, Benalla, Euroa, Albury, Shepparton, Wodonga, Wangaratta, Hobart and Launceston. For more information regarding our regional visits please call our clinic on (03) 9808 2822.
During your consultation, a thorough ophthalmic examination is performed on both of your pet's eyes. At the conclusion of the consultation, a detailed report will be produced with additional notes for your information. If required, an estimate of the cost of services to be provided including general anaesthesia, diagnostic and surgical procedures will also be prepared. A copy of this report will be forwarded to your local veterinary surgeon to keep them updated on your pet's eye problem and progress.
Fees charged at All Animal Eye Services reflect the quality of service, the value of our advanced specialised training and the cost of our diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical equipment. Fees are payable in full when services are provided. Payments can be made in cash, by cheque, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa, or Amex.
